I am passionate about helping business owners grow and scale their business so they can realize their greatest potential as an entrepreneur, and as a result - for their business. I am a servant leader who leads with Transparency, Empathy, Authenticity, and Lifelong Learning. I partner with business owners, executives and managers in leading their companies and teams to success by building connections, building trust, being human, and having fun! Trust is critical for teams to successfully work together to solve challenging business problems, navigate organizational obstacles and effect cultural changes. Building trust builds organizational commitment so everyone is working together towards the greater good!

I have over twenty years experience in finance & accounting, people & culture, and organizational design & operations; with fifteen of those years at the executive level. I have a proven track record of improving process, performance, productivity, and culture, resulting in increased profitability and employee retention.

As a finance professional, a serial entrepreneur, controller, and vp of finance, I have an extensive track record in all levels and areas of accounting and finance. I am extremely versed in full charge accounting, budgets, audits, taxes, due diligence, acquisitions, dispositions, GAAP and best practices. I can help you improve your accounting processes, financial reporting, and to understand the story your financial reports are telling about your organization, and how they can inform decision-making.

I am a lifelong learner, and and my educational credentials include: a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership (MAOL) with an emphasis in Executive and Leadership Coaching from Lewis University, a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University, a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from Florida Atlantic University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Real Estate from Florida Atlantic University. I also has an Associate of Science (AS) in Hospitality Administration and Management from Johnson & Wales University .
